You have made a sale to a new customer and they have just started to use your product for the first time. What are your immediately next steps after receiving assigned agreement/PO from them?

 

  1. Ask for a referral
  2. Do a customer satisfaction survey
  3. Send them a thank you note
  4. Nothing – move on the next prospect because it’s the end of the quarter and you need to get as many order in as possible. You will go back and revisit this new client only after the quarter is done.
