Should Sellers be Paid on Repeat Sales?

Can you believe it’s the end of the month ? I hope you have had a successful one. It’s been a busy travel season for me that culminated in a quick trip to Louisville this week and I am now home – not getting on a plane – for a full 4 weeks! I am sure my body will thank me for the rest.

I did have a great time in Louisville speaking at the MPI Mid America Conference. MPI events are always the best because they are meetings for meeting planners! And one thing you can always count on when attending a meeting for Meeting Planners is that the food is scrumptious. Check out the bourbon skewered shrimps we feasted on at the reception Monday night. We were in Kentucky after all! I would have taken a picture of the Derby Pie we had for dessert Tuesday but I finished it too quickly.

By the way…the breakout I conducted Monday afternoon was heated up following my comment that “it’s stupid and unprofitable for companies not to pay sales people on repeat business” You can wade into the conversation online on our blog or FaceBook page.

Speaking of sales managers… if you lead a sales team or own a business you can’t afford to miss our brand new Sales Accelerator Summit (SAS), November 17-19 in Miami Florida. Today is the last week for our generous 9 pay tuition and early bird special. It ends at midnight tonight!

The SAS is designed to have me walk you step-by-step through the precise steps to accelerate your business’s sales – filling your pipeline, closing deals faster and making more money than ever before. Check out our event page here: www.EngageSelling.com/summit.  I know when you read about the content in detail and see the real life stories of transformation from our current clients you will agree that being there is a no brainer!

Dedicated to Increasing your Sales!

Colleen

P.S. If you missed the Unleash webinar earlier this week, “Rave Reviews from Reluctant Customers”, make sure you watch the replay and learn strategies for collecting great feedback from today’s busy buyers. Watch the replay here: www.TestimonialDirector.com/webinar
