Excellent idea, Colleen – I think that brief video tips will be well received. As a long-time proponent of CRM systems, I agree with the content of this post. As a possible suggestion for future videos: a follow-up to this about how reps can integrate or utilize their CRM data on their mobile tools (be it iPad, Blackberry (long may they live, I hope), or laptop) while in the field. It is great to get and review the data, but unless one sees how it applies to their day to day activities, data matters not. Just my two cents.
