  • Great tip Colleen, I couldn’t agree more.

    Salespeople need to focus on asking the right questions and becoming a valued partner that is genuinely looking out for their clients’ interests. The days of ‘Vendors’ and self serving closes are over.

    That said if you ask the right questions along the way you won’t need to close anyone because you will have arrived at the buying decision together, aloud and without doubt.
