In this podcast I explain what the sales trap is, and how to recognize when it occurs. Often extreme success is followed by a dry period. The grunt work of sales including cold calling and prospecting is often forgotten when orders are coming in. Sales people need to remember that prospecting for new clients is a part of the job that cannot cease, or there will be extreme fluctuations in the revenue they are generating.
