I’m back at home after the last road tour of the year where I met with clients in Fresno and Toronto. And I wrapped it up by conducting workshops at the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) conference in Winnipeg. It was an amazing trip and I loved working with great clients and friends. But I have to admit after seven days of below 0° temperatures I was happy to be back on the beach! It’s a great reminder for everyone on three ways to dominate your market. At the same time – and one thing I didn’t talk about in that speech – if you really want to be the dominant player in your market you MUST ask for referrals.
