Deal Reviews
Close more of the deals that matter most.
Live deal-review sessions with the sellers and managers responsible for closing your number. Every deal gets a decision: accelerate, de-risk, or walk away. Every seller learns why — the specific move that deal needed, and the judgment to find it on the next one without help.
What it is
Colleen runs live sessions, in person or virtual, working the deals most critical to your number alongside the sellers and managers who own them. Real deals, decided in the room, by the people accountable for the outcome.
The work spans net-new opportunities and growth inside existing accounts — expanding value, adding stakeholders, consolidating spend. Some of the highest-return reviews are the expansion plays inside accounts your team already holds.
It is not training. It is not software. It is a senior advisor working your deals with your team until the forecast is something leadership can trust.
The right fit when leadership is saying:
“I can’t trust my forecast.”

“My team is busy but the number isn’t moving.”

“We keep losing deals we thought we had.”

“My managers can’t tell me which deals are real.”

What you walk away with:
More of your biggest deals, closing faster.
Critical deals accelerated, de-risked, or expanded — and the ones that won't close cut loose, so the team stops spending cycles on them.
A team that gets sharper every session.
Sellers and managers internalize the discipline and apply it to every deal in the pipeline, not just the ones Colleen sees.
A forecast leadership can trust.
Deal status grounded in buyer behavior, not seller optimism. The end-of-quarter surprises stop.
A stronger top and bottom line.
More revenue won, and healthier margins from deals closed on value rather than discount.
How it works:
Three phases. The work runs on its own, or folds into meetings your team already holds, such as kick-offs, regional meetings, off-sites and forecast calls.
Phase 1.
Identify the deals, and the team, that matter.
Colleen sits down with leadership to pick out the deals and the people who matter most this quarter, in both new business and existing accounts. That conversation covers more than the deal list. Leadership talks through the pipeline problems they keep hitting, and where the team is strong and where it isn't. What comes out of it decides what Phase 2 concentrates on.
Phase 2.
Review the deals live, and build the skills behind them.
Sessions run with whole teams rather than one seller and one manager. In bigger organizations they split into small working groups, usually a manager and the sellers who report to them, so nobody ends up in a room of forty people.
Each session starts with a short review of the practices that fit the situation, based on what came out of Phase 1. Then the team applies them to live deals. Every deal ends with an action everyone has agreed to: accelerate it, de-risk it, expand it, or walk away. Sellers leave knowing what to do next. So do their managers, which is what makes it possible to hold people to it between sessions.
Phase 3.
Report back to leadership, and set up the next round.
Colleen reports on where the deals stand, how the team performed, and what happened to the actions agreed last time. Leadership finds out which sellers followed through and which deals actually moved. That sets the priorities for the next round, and decides which skills to work on.
The promise
Immediate results. Lasting growth.
Close rate is the fastest lever a sales leader can pull. It works the deals already in your pipeline instead of waiting on new opportunities to mature, so the return lands this quarter rather than next year.
And because the coaching happens on live deals, sellers get more than a decision. They learn how it was reached, and they use it on the deals that follow.
