As a fellow business owner and sales executive, I know that the barrage of every day events makes it hard to lift your head and get insights into the latest in what is working in sales. The truth is that decades old sales strategies don't work - especially in this challenging economy - so we all need to continually refresh our skills and approach if we want to improve our results.

That's why I'm so excited by our new Mastermind events. It's the opportunity for a select, invitation group of business and sales leaders from the Engage community to gather in an intensive session, review the latest in what's working and how to apply it to your own business.
In short, my goal is to create an intimate community of sales leaders who can share what is working and what is not for our mutual benefit.
Each one-day mastermind session
will begin with an update from me on the latest results on what is working
in sales today. This includes fresh ideas from research as well as strategies proven
successful by clients like you!
Following your update on what's
happening in the world of sales, I will lead this intimate group of no
more than 25 through a specific set of strategies and exercises, designed to hone
in on one key part of your sales process and master it! Along the way, you'll
get instruction from me plus substantial time to share with your
colleagues based on your own experiences. You'll leave with a focused set of
actions to implement and, as always, I will be holding you accountable!
And of course you'll have plenty of
time to socialize and network with this exclusive group. I will be hosting a cocktail reception the night before the session as well as group work and exercises throughout the day.
