Your turn to Play Sales Leader. What do you think and why?

A client of ours – individual contributor – had a quota in 2011 of $7 million. She blew those numbers away hitting $12million by December 31.

In 2012 her quota was set at $11.5 million. She manages 1 customer only, who completes multiple projects each year with her firm.

What do you think of her 2012 target?

Higher? Lower? and why?
