The truth is that decades old sales strategies don't work - especially in this challenging economy - so we all need to continually refresh our skills and approach if we want to improve our results.

That's why I'm so excited by our new Mastermind events. It's the opportunity for a select, invitation group of business and sales leaders from the Engage community to gather in an intensive session, review the latest in what's working and how to apply it to your own business.
In short, my goal is to create an intimate community of sales leaders who can share what is working and what is not for our mutual benefit.
Each one-day mastermind session
will begin with an update from me on the latest results on what is working
in sales today. This includes fresh ideas from research as well as strategies proven
successful by clients like you!
Following your update on what's
happening in the world of sales, I will lead this intimate group of no
more than 25 through a specific set of strategies and exercises, designed to hone
in on one key part of your sales process and master it! Along the way, you'll
get instruction from me plus substantial time to share with your
colleagues based on your own experiences. You'll leave with a focused set of
actions to implement and, as always, I will be holding you accountable!
And of course you'll have plenty of
time to socialize and network with this exclusive group. I will be hosting a cocktail reception the night before the session as well as group work and exercises throughout the day.

The first Sales Mastermind Event
of 2013 will be held in the Miami area on Tuesday February 26th,2013 (cocktail reception the night before). In this Mastermind event, we are going to focus on preventing sales whiplash!
Today, virtually every sales organization is all too familiar with the symptoms of sales whiplash. Reliable sales are a hard sought after but an elusive goal for both sales executives dealing with end-of-quarter stress and individual sales reps trying to establish consistency in their results. All too often sales organizations become overly focussed on one part of the client engagement process and, as a consequence, they fall into a trap: no matter how much they focus on one stage, their overall results are limited by weaknesses in the others. And as focus follows clients from one stage to the next, bow waves are created that ultimately lead to the sales whiplash of inconsistent results.
During this Mastermind Event, we'll focus on field-tested strategies that systematically attracts a steady flow of prospects and moves them through the sales process so that consistent revenue generation becomes the norm – not the exception.
Along the way, you'll work
individually and in groups to develop your own specific implementation strategy
so you'll leave with a focussed, actionable plan.
