In this podcast, I share four steps to creating a plan for the upcoming business year.

1. Step 1 is to define what it is you are trying to accomplish by establishing a number that is attainable, yet challenging.
2.  Next is to post the number you established in step one in a highly visible place for everyone to see, everyday.
3. Now, know what it takes to get to that number.
4. Finally develop a one page plan including all the calls you will need to make and then get to work!
